LESS CHASING. MORE CLARITY.

02Nobody knows who last asked for the renewal.

03A new document arrives without a clear review owner.

THE PRODUCT WE’RE EXPLORING

A clearer next step.
Less work around the work.

A focused tool for one recurring workflow. These are the capabilities we want to validate with early users.

01 / COLLECT

One renewal list

The concept would collect the dates your team has confirmed, document references, and responsible contacts in one view.

02 / CLARIFY

A visible next step

See which renewal needs a follow-up, who owns it, and whether the replacement document is still missing.

03 / FOLLOW THROUGH

Human review stays explicit

Keep date confirmation and document review as named tasks. Tracking an expiry would not certify insurance coverage or compliance.

A SMALLER, CALMER WORKFLOW

From loose ends
to a clear plan.

The intended workflow, shaped with the people who would use it.

  1. 1

    List the records

The proposed pilot would begin with an anonymized expiry list, without asking you to upload insurance documents here.

  2. 2

    Confirm dates and owners

A person checks each date and chooses who will request and review the renewal.

  3. 3

    Work the follow-up queue

Review upcoming dates and record the next administrative step for each contractor.

BEFORE YOU SIGN UP

A few useful answers.

Can I use CertWatch today?

Not yet. This is a waitlist and product-research experiment. The interface above is illustrative. There is no paid plan, live integration or committed release date.

Will this verify insurance or approve contractors?

No. The concept is an administrative date and follow-up tracker. Insurance interpretation, coverage checks, compliance decisions, and approval to work remain with your qualified reviewers.

Can I upload certificates now?

No document upload or reminder service is available today. This page collects research interest so we can test the workflow with office managers first.
